hi every one,
This post is mostly intended for Alec, but I thought I would post on here so that the whole group knows what's the latest word. Since we have the environmental analysis and its one of the longer parts of the marketing plan, I thought we could just split the work in half, there are six sections (I'm going of Chris's post on the first half of the marketing plan), I can do either the first 3 sections or the last 3 sections, does not really matter to me. Please let me know what you would like to do. Thanks.

  1. yea the Environmental Analysis can be really long. My group plan to pick out only some of the aspects that apply to our case best.
We don't have to include everything, do we?

  3. Yeah, I think environmental analysis is a long part of a marketing plan. It include so many aspects. Our group may pick some parts that we need to mention and related to our plan. It's really a hard to do all the work by your own.

  5. I think the most important thing to remember is the process, not how short or long the section is. It also depends on the readily available information that you are able to obtain. No, I do not think you need to include everything. After all, how many marketing managers, and their team, have completed a sound marketing plan in four-five weeks?
